We established Island FM Whitsundays as a narrowcast broadcaster to provide an alternative, independent station that would provide those in the Whitsundays an opportunity to promote local businesses to locals and visitors and also provide local artists with a platform along with providing music that you will not hear on the  stations that broadcast from elsewhere. Simply - we are  everything Whitsundays!
